7 reasons Kerala belongs on your 2026 list
Backwaters, Ayurveda and hill-station tea trails — here's why God's Own Country still steals hearts, and how to see the best of it in a week.

An incentive trip is one of the most effective rewards a company can give — but a badly planned one is worse than no trip at all. Here's the playbook our MICE team uses to get it right.
Start with the goal, not the destination. An incentive trip should reward something measurable. Top sales achievers? Channel partners over a target? The clarity changes everything from selection criteria to programme design.
Match the destination to the audience. A young sales team and a senior dealer panel want very different things. Dubai and Bali are the all-rounders; Maldives and Switzerland are aspirational; Singapore and Thailand are family-friendly.
Build in recognition moments. The most memorable element of any incentive trip isn't the destination — it's the gala dinner where winners are recognised. Plan it as the centrepiece, not an add-on.
Mix free time and curated experiences. A purely scheduled trip exhausts people. A purely free one leaves them feeling abandoned. The right ratio is roughly 60/40 curated to free.
Communicate early and often. Pre-trip emails, a welcome pack on arrival, a daily WhatsApp briefing — small touches that signal the company has thought about the experience.
Get the contract right. Single-window billing, transparent inclusions, force-majeure protection — this is where a serious MICE partner earns their fee.
