The things most people want to know before picking up the phone. Everything here is published on the site — nothing changes once you enquire.
How quickly will I hear back?
A corporate brief gets a costed proposal within 48 hours. A holiday enquiry gets an
itinerary and quote within 24. If we cannot hit that, we tell you the same day rather than going quiet.
Are the prices on the site the real prices?
Yes. Every package publishes its per-person fare on twin sharing, the named hotels, the
day-by-day plan and — importantly — what is not included. Rates move with travel date and season, which we
confirm in writing before you pay anything.
Do I get "4★ or similar", or an actual hotel name?
An actual name. Every itinerary lists the property and room category for each night. If a
hotel is genuinely unavailable on your date we tell you what changed and what replaced it.
Can the itinerary be changed?
Every trip is custom-built. The published itineraries are starting points — add nights,
change hotel category, drop a city, travel on different dates. Tell us the budget and we will work to it.
What is the cancellation policy?
45 days or more before departure, 20% is deducted. 30 days, 40%. 30 to 14 days, 70%.
Inside 14 days or a no-show, 100%. On international trips, airline tickets are non-refundable once issued.
It is the same on every package page.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
One named person, from the first call to the final invoice. You will not be handed
between departments, and for corporate programmes the same lead is on-site during the event.
