Our Kathmandu-Lhasa route handles permits, oxygen and high-altitude acclimatisation. The full Kailash parikrama is supported with porters and yaks where needed.

Fly to Lhasa for high-altitude acclimatisation.
Potala Palace, Jokhang temple and the markets.
Drive through scenic Tibet.
Continue toward the Kailash region.
Reach the holy lake; sacred bath and pooja.
Drive to Darchen, base for parikrama.
Trek Darchen to Dirapuk.
Cross the high Dolma La pass to Zuthulpuk.
Complete the parikrama back to Darchen.
Begin the return drive.
Continue back.
Reach Lhasa.
Fly back.
Transfer to Kathmandu airport.
