Overview

Nest Leisure's MICE division plans and delivers corporate travel at every scale, from a 20-person leadership offsite to a 1,000-delegate convention. One team owns venue sourcing, delegate travel, accommodation, production and on-ground delivery — so you have a single point of accountability from the first brief to the reconciled final invoice.

We shortlist against your brief — capacity, location, budget and brand fit — then negotiate rates and terms on your behalf.

Delegate travel & stay

Group air, ground transfers, room blocks and multi-origin delegate management with a live arrivals desk.

Technical production

In-house LED, audio, lighting, staging and streaming. No sub-contracting the parts that matter most.

Registration & guest management

Custom registration portals, badges, on-site check-in and real-time attendance reporting.

Content & creative

Theme development, stage design, AV content, speaker briefing and run-of-show scripting.

Common questions

What is the smallest event you take on?

We regularly run 20–40 person leadership offsites. Below that, we can still handle travel and stay but a full production team is rarely justified.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. We operate directly in India and through vetted DMC partners across Southeast Asia, the GCC and Europe.

How is pricing structured?

Either a management fee on a transparent cost sheet, or an all-inclusive per-delegate rate. Most enterprise clients prefer the former for auditability.
