Depends on the activity. We share fitness guidelines per activity. Most can be done with reasonable fitness; some (Zanskar, Chadar) require serious preparation.

Yes — all certified safety gear (helmets, harnesses, life jackets) is provided. Activities are supervised by trained instructors.
Do I need experience? +
Most activities welcome beginners with introduction sessions. Advanced courses (PADI, mountaineering) are available for experienced adventurers.
